What are the delivery charges?

Why does the delivery date not correspond to the delivery timeline of X-Y business days?
It is possible that the Seller or our courier partners have a holiday between the day your placed your order and the date of delivery, which is based on the timelines shown on the product page. In this case, we add a day to the estimated date. Some courier partners and Sellers do not work on Sundays and this is factored in to the delivery dates.
What is the estimated delivery time?
Shipping Time: Normally we have a shipping time of 15 – 45 days, but depending on the product and location, it can take anywhere from 10 – 45 days.

Once your order is made and your payment has been received, your order is shipped within 48 hrs. As soon as your package has been shipped you will receive a tracking number so you can stay up to date about the delivery time of your order.
Are there any hidden costs (sales tax, octroi etc) on items sold by Sellers on the Collaboration Store?
There are NO hidden charges when you make a purchase on thecollaborationstore. List prices are final and all-inclusive. The price you see on the product page is exactly what you would pay.
Customs, Taxes and Duties.
Don’t worry about customs, import tax or other levies.
We ship out 100’s of orders each day and 99.9% makes it to your doorstep without any issues. However, we cannot guarantee that items will not be subject to random checks and cause associated delays and charges. The Collaboration Store is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes or any additional fees attached to this process.
Such charges are not included in the purchase price of The Collaboration Store’s products. We will not be responsible for the payment of any import duty / tax / VAT under any circumstances.
We are not able to offer a refund for returned goods which are returned because the customer wishes to avoid paying any customs duties imposed.
When ordering from The Collaboration Store you agree to pay any Import Duty / Tax / VAT which may be imposed by your country’s government. If you refuse to pay any Import Duty / Tax / VAT imposed and thereby prevent delivery of your order you will remain liable for the purchase price of the product/s and any Import Duty / Tax / VAT or penalty imposed by your government.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country and customs duties are not always applied. Each country has its own rules for determining whether Import Duty / Tax / VAT will apply. Some countries only charge customs duties if the parcel has a value over a certain amount. Based on your country’s customs rules, it is possible that your parcel will fall below that threshold level.
Why does the estimated delivery time vary for each seller?
You have probably noticed varying estimated delivery times for sellers of the product you are interested in. Delivery times are influenced by product availability, geographic location of the Seller, your shipping destination and the courier partner’s time-to-deliver in your location.
Seller does not/cannot ship to my area. Why?
Please enter your pincode on the check out page in your shipping address to know the delivery status.
Whether your location can be serviced or not depends on
- Whether the Seller ships to your location
- Legal restrictions, if any, in shipping particular products to your location
- The availability of reliable courier partners in your location
At times Sellers prefer not to ship to certain locations. This is entirely at their discretion.
Is COD available?
Currently the website do not have the COD option available. We support only online payment methods.
Does the Collaboration Store deliver internationally?
Yes! We deliver items internationally.
You will be able to make your purchases on our site from anywhere in the world with credit/debit cards and make payment through PayPal.
What is the Return & Refund Policy?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund. You can return a product for up to 5 days from the date you receive it and we’ll refund the full cost of the item.
Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt. Once the seller receives the items and after final checking if the product is in Good condition then the refund will be initiated. The amount will reflect in your account within 7 to 15 days.
